These General Contract Conditions regulate the distance or face-to-face sales relationship between EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS SLU and the end-user or client, in accordance with the legal provisions, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13th, on General Contract Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27th, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the current legislation on Protection of Personal Data, the Law 7/1996, of January 15th, on Retail Trade Management, and Law 34/2002 of July 11th, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U. reserves the right to do the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in these General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its Web portal, by any form admissible by law and will be mandatory during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U. reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Contract Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

PRICES
All products and services indicate the sale price in euros (€). If any other tax is applicable, it would be indicated.
EXPENSES AND SERVICE PROVISION
The corresponding invoice will detail the expenses related to the contracted service or product, forms of payment and execution of the service. The user may pay the amount of the product or service contracted by choosing any of the following forms and must indicate their choice during the purchase process.
CREDIT CARD via the RedSys Payment Gateway
All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are performed using a secure environment. All the information you transmit travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data on your credit card is entered directly on the RedSys payment gateway page and is not entered or registered on any EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U server
This form of payment is valid only on the web. The hiring of other face-to-face services can be made with POS payments at the Laboratory of EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U, which will be provided to the client in a timely manner, or in cash at the counter.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly retrieved using the payment card number, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the amount. In this case, the corresponding debit and reimbursement entries in the accounts of EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U and of the holder will be executed as soon as possible. However, if the purchase had been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that will remain obligated against EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS SLU, to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.
EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS SLU undertakes to provide the service in a maximum of (described in the particular conditions of the service) days from the day the customer or user acquires the product or service, which must be exchanged in a period not exceeding 180 days.
WITHDRAWAL, REIMBURSEMENT OF PAYMENT AND CLAIMS
The client will have a minimum period of (14) fourteen calendar days to withdraw, as of the day of the conclusion of the contract, without any penalty and without indication of the reasons against the service provider. The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be done by notification through written communication, by sending an email to info@lgsanalisis.es, or by sending a letter to our postal address C / La Rosa, nº 12 – 1 38002, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
The User –the final consumer– of the product or service offered by EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U on its Web Platform, social networks or advertising bulletins, will be guaranteed in all these rights by EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U
PAYMENT REFUND
The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the end-users, who use the payment gateway of EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U will be made using the same payment methods used by it, provided that the opposite has not been provided. EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U will pay the amounts paid by the customer before (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal. In case of unjustified delay by EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS SLU, with respect to the return of the sums paid, the customer may claim twice the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for the damages suffered in what it exceeds from that amount.

If you change your opinion about your order, or the service, chosen is not correct, please contact EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS SLU, to find out about the modification instructions within (4) calendar days from the requested service.
However, if the service is different from what you really need, or is not appropriate, please report this to EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS SLU directly, within the term of (4) calendar days from the requested service to proceed to the appropriate effects.
CLAIMS
If the user/client wishes to submit a claim against EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS SLU, he can write to C / La Rosa, nº 12 — 1º 38002, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, or via email info@lgs-analisis.es. Likewise, EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions deemed appropriate due to the improper use of its Web portal and its contents or for breach of these General Conditions. The relationship between the final consumer and EUROFINS LGS MEGALAB ANÁLISIS CLÍNICOS S.L.U will be governed by current regulations and applicable throughout the Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration, mediation or make use of the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife
